What is the minimum order for custom jackets?
Our minimum order is 20 jackets for embroidery and screen printing. For smaller quantities or single items, transfer printing and DTG have no minimum. Price breaks apply as your quantity increases — contact us for a tailored quote.

Yes — embroidery is the most popular finish for softshell and fleece jackets. We digitise your artwork at no extra cost and stitch to the chest, sleeve or back. Embroidered logos withstand repeated washing and give a premium, professional look that suits corporate and workwear kit.
What’s the best decoration method for waterproof jackets?
Waterproof and nylon jackets are best decorated with transfer printing or embroidery rather than screen printing, as the coated fabric doesn’t take screen inks well. We’ll recommend the right method for your specific garment when you request a quote.
