Adidas have a strong proactive programme to improve factory conditions in the global supply chain. In 1998 they introduced a supply chain code of conduct, now called the Workplace Standards whose compliance and monitoring is coordinated by their Social & Environmental Affairs (SEA) team, covering all brands of the adidas Group.
