How do I get cashback?
When getting a quote, or placing an order, just let us know you want to take part in the student cashback offer by quoting code SCASH08.
To qualify for this promotion you must be in higher education and hold a valid university email address (ending in .ac.uk) or NUS number.
How long does it take to get a cheque?
Once you have placed and paid for you order, the cashback earnt on the garments ordered will be added up. We will either place a partial refund on the debit/credit card used or post a cheque out (payable to the person or organisation that placed the order) within 60 days.
Can I get cashback on other services or garments?
Sadly, no. We do not offer cashback on any of our customisation services or products not covered by the promotion. The reason we can offer you such a good discount on these garments is that we have set up a special deal with the suppliers of these items.
Why are you offering cashback to students and not other groups?
Students are often cash strapped. We were students once and know how hard it is to make ends meet! Depending on the success of this promotion we will look to extend it to charities and military clients (who currently benefit from free delivery on orders over £250) in 2009.
When does the student cashback promotion finish?
It started in September 2008 and will carry on until we say! We would love it to be a permanent promotion and we are going to setup a leader board so you can see which universities we have given back the most to.
