We recommend getting in touch at least 3–4 weeks before your event for standard orders. For larger quantities or custom products, 6–8 weeks is ideal. We can accommodate rush orders where possible — contact us to discuss your timeline.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimums vary by product and printing method. Screen printing typically starts at 25 items, while DTG printing and transfer printing have no minimum. We’ll find the best solution for your budget.

Can you deliver directly to the event venue?

Yes — we can deliver to any UK address including event venues, hotels and exhibition centres. Just provide the delivery details and we’ll arrange it.

What if I need different sizes for staff workwear?

No problem. We can produce mixed size runs across the full range (XS to 5XL on most garments). Send us a size breakdown and we’ll accommodate it.
