Salary: £8.50 ph
Hours: 20-30hrs/wk during Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm

Job Description:

Indigo Clothing is a promotional clothing agency, supplying businesses, sports teams, schools, clubs and societies with printed and embroidered clothing.

Indigo are currently looking for a confident bookeeper that can take responsibility for their day-to-day accounting needs. The role requires:

  • A good working knowledge of Sage Line 50 - essential
  • A good working knowledge of Excel - essential
  • All sales invoicing
  • Supplier Invoice processing
  • Dealing with supplier’s enquiries, re payments and invoices
  • Preparing the weekly payment run
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Bookkeeping administration
  • Maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers
  • Liaison with colleagues and clients
  • Very meticulous and a good eye for detail

Offering up to 30 hours of work per week. Indigo can within reason, adapt the hours to suit your schedule, as long as they fall within the working day 09:00am to 5.30pm, and you are there for a minimum of 4 hours each day.
