Manufacturing Capabilities
Continental Clothing has excelled in made-to-order garment manufacture for over a decade, delivering orders within 21–28 days via road freight or as little as 14 days by air. Their facility runs at a capacity of 25,000–30,000 garments per day, depending on style complexity.
Road freight: Weekly shipments from Turkey, arriving at our London warehouse within 10 calendar days.
Air freight: Weekly consolidated air freight, delivered to our London warehouse on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Custom Colours & Pantone Matching
For custom colours, provide a Pantone Matching System reference or a physical colour swatch. Lab-dips are provided free of charge — turnaround is 4 days plus delivery time. A minimum dye lot of 200 kilos applies (approximately 700 women’s T-shirts size M or 600 men’s T-shirts size L).
Minimum Order Quantities
When using stock fabrics: 150 pcs per size. When fabric is produced to order: 200 kg minimum.
