Bespoke Custom Clothing & Made-to-Order Garments
When off-the-shelf isn’t enough, Indigo Clothing delivers fully bespoke garment manufacture — custom fabrics, cuts, colours, and labels built to your exact brief. Ideal for brands, corporates, and large-volume buyers.
What is Bespoke Clothing?
Bespoke clothing at Indigo means garments manufactured from scratch to your exact specification — not printed on a blank. You choose the fabric, cut, weight, colourway, and label. This is a different service from our standard decoration services (screen printing, embroidery, DTG printing), where we apply your design to an existing garment. Bespoke manufacturing is for clients who need something that simply doesn’t exist off the shelf.
Common use cases include brand launches requiring a unique silhouette, corporate uniforms needing a bespoke cut or proprietary fabric, and large-volume buyers who want full-factory control over their supply chain.

Bespoke Corporate Clothing
Corporate clients increasingly want workwear and branded clothing that can’t be sourced by competitors. Our bespoke corporate clothing service delivers exactly that — custom-cut garments with your logo woven into the fabric, proprietary colourways matched to your brand identity, and private-label packaging. Sectors we regularly produce for include hospitality, healthcare, logistics, and financial services.
Unlike off-the-shelf branded workwear, bespoke corporate garments carry no other brand’s label and can be produced in quantities from 150 pieces per size upward. All production runs through ethically audited factories with full environmental certification.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between bespoke clothing and printed clothing?
Printed clothing involves applying a design to an existing, off-the-shelf garment using techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, or DTG printing. Bespoke clothing means the garment itself is manufactured from scratch — you specify the fabric, cut, weight, and colourway. Bespoke is the right choice when you need a silhouette, fabric, or construction that doesn’t exist in any manufacturer’s catalogue.
What is the minimum order quantity for bespoke garments?
Our bespoke manufacturing service requires a minimum of 150 pieces per size when using stock fabrics. Where fabric is produced to order (custom colourway or specification), a minimum dye lot of 200 kg applies — roughly 600–700 T-shirts depending on size. This is a high-volume, factory-direct service.
Can I get a bespoke garment in my exact brand colour?
Yes. Provide a Pantone reference or physical colour swatch and we’ll produce a lab-dip free of charge. Lab-dip turnaround is 4 days plus delivery. Custom colourways require the minimum dye lot of 200 kg.
How long does bespoke manufacturing take?
Garment manufacture takes 10 days. Road freight delivery from Turkey to our London warehouse adds 11 days. Air freight reduces this to 14 days total from start of production. Total lead time from brief to delivery is typically 3–5 weeks, depending on whether a custom colour dye lot is required.
