As the manager of the Business & IP Centre I would have to agree about our amazing collection of free business information. The reason for the stringent security is to protect what is one of the most valuable collections in the world. This also explains the requirement to leave coats and bags in the free lockers or cloakroom. However as you say, it is worth the effort required in order to gain access to 150 million items in our collection.
