New dating rules, or just a free drink?

After a bizarre Cilla Black moment this week on the Central Line, I became a little intrigued by how people tend to meet singletons nowadays – obviously on-line dating, a friend of a friend etc. but this week a client brought a whole new idea to light! BarTabUK is a new Ap for your smart phone … Read more

New Towie T-shirt Store: Fusey

Being t-shirt obsessed, a little Joey Essex obsessed, and a lover of all reality tv – I had to go and check out Joey Essex’s new clothing store Fusey. We popped in for a browse on a Sunday afternoon, after checking out Amy Child’s salon (and her Range Rover equipped with personal number plate WE11 JEL!) … Read more

50 Shades of AWDis College Hoodie

With 50% of the office having read, or attempted to read, the hotly anticipated ‘50 shades of Grey’, we can confirm our Indigo seduction rating was LOW.

Badly written, difficult to finish and to be honest, I have read dirtier scandal in Deidre’s photo casebook. EASTfield: The death of Stratford Centre?!

So the countdown is over, the major stampede for first day shoppers wanting to grab opening day bargains is done! When Westfield’s Stratford opened its doors earlier this month, I was part of the group of people hugely excited about never having to trek across central London to Oxford Street again!

Whilst it is everything you would expect, an Americanised mall (sorry, I know its Australian!!), large space, big brands and huge stores, it contains names you would never have placed with ‘Stratford’. I grew up being dragged to the Stratford Centre for shopping trips with my mum. A damp run down old indoor market that smelt not dissimilar to a fish mongers! The biggest names in there included a Boots, but generally were the likes of Mark One fashion (think polyester dresses for a £5!), and the notorious ‘in shops’ consisting of indoor market stalls.

I want Lanvin not diamonds: H&M

I want Lanvin not Diamonds H&M5am alarm – not my usual wakeup for the 9-5.30 indigo office day! But this was a special morning – Lanvin @ H&M launch! I considered lying in, scanning my blackberry facebook news feed for my sister’s travel updates from the other side of the world, when lovestyle dubai popped up – claiming the collection had sold out in 20 minutes! That was it – out of bed and on the tube… in the darkness!

The London marathon is going to kill me in this weather…. the drinking/cheering I mean… I am not crazy enough to actually run the marathon!
